Kivatian is a Sciotic governor. He governs the Scio Asteroid Belt, a sparsely inhabited asteroid belt used for mining. Kivatian was formerly a senator in the Sciotic National Government. Kivatian is a Democratic Socialist, which is the dominant Sciotic political party.
Early Life[]
Kivatian lived in a unstable, but semi-democratic nation called Altania. Kivatian was Telonzik's cousin. He lived with Telonzik on the family farm until the Altanian revolution which brought about a Communist system. Telonzik and Kivatian's families fled the nation and went to the Sciotic Empire, where they found a home and decent jobs.
